Occupational Therapy                                                                                                                                                              
• Walking on tiptoes
• Falling down frequently
• Short attention span
• Bumping into objects
• Difficulty holding crayons or pencils
• Disruptive behavior
• Unable to zip or button clothing
• Difficulty writing or spacing words
• Unable to put on jacket or coat

• Falling down frequently
• Unable to run

Speech Therapy                                                                          
• Unreliable speech (cannot understand
child without contextual clues)
• Difficulty expressing him/herself
• Difficulty with comprehension
• Problems with thought organization

• Poor reasoning & problem solving
• Speaks in sentence fragment, omits
connective words
• Stuttering
• Deletes consonants in words
• Does not respond appropriately to
